Eason Chen

Mr. Eason Chen joined the Fosun Group headquarters in August 2026, bringing over 14 years of extensive international experience across construction, real estate development, asset management, business development, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fosun, Mr. Chen held multiple senior executive roles at CSCEC, the world’s largest construction and investment conglomerate, where he led cross-border teams and managed a project portfolio exceeding USD 5 billion across five countries. He delivered several landmark developments in international markets, and has been responsible for property acquisition and asset management strategies since 2015.

Mr. Chen holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University (ZJU). He is fluent in both Mandarin and English, and is passionate about bridging cross-border investment opportunities with local market expertise.
