Ricardo Parrinha

With over 30 years of experience in design and project management, Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management and Appraisal. Throughout his career, he has led the delivery of large-scale real estate developments across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.

More recently, Ricardo has managed high-end residential developments in the Lisbon area while supporting the delivery of major luxury tourism projects.

Prior to joining the team, Ricardo worked in Saudi Arabia, where he led a multidisciplinary team and oversaw the successful delivery of construction projects across the Riyadh region. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in Expo ’98, coordinating one of its Detail Plans and leading the development of infrastructure, public spaces, and landmark rehabilitation projects.

Combining extensive international experience with strong leadership and technical expertise, Ricardo has consistently delivered complex developments from planning and design through to construction and project completion.
